About GlowCycle

GlowCycle is a small demo app built for a web development coursework. It focuses on women’s health, especially syncing workouts with the menstrual cycle.

The app stores users, cycle logs and workout suggestions in a MySQL database. It demonstrates routing, server-side rendering with EJS, forms, sessions and search functionality against the database.

Use the default login username: gold, password: smiths to explore the dashboard and cycle features.
