An Astounding Example of Apparent Plagiarism in Academia

I've recently come across an amazing piece of apparent plagiarism in academic research. A Parallel Algorithm for Static Program Slicing is a paper jointly authored by me. You can download it here. It was published in Information Processing Letters on 22 December 1995, (Pages 307-313). An almost exact copy was published verbatim in the impressive sounding International Journal of Information and Management Science in 2005 this time by a P.K.Mishra! See if you can spot the differences. The only ones of any significance that we can find are that the self citations we had in the original paper have become self citations to non-existent papers!

Please email me if you've had a similar experience.
