This instrument works using different eye expressions so you can play all the notes of a scale and also be able to change the scale and instrument.<\/p>\n<p>I used the code <a href=\"http:\/\/ofxaddons.com\">ofxFaceTracker <\/a>to extract the blink of the eyes. After this I connected a sound to the blink movement that is captured by a camera.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/84056098\" height=\"450\" width=\"600\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In this first <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doc.gold.ac.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/gorilla-eyes.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-730\" alt=\"gorilla-eyes\" src=\"http:\/\/www.doc.gold.ac.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/gorilla-eyes-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>stage of the project you can only see in the screen the two eyes with a graphic that shows how much you blink.
