There will be interactive installations, performances, workshops, panel discussions, drinks and nibbles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Private view + party: <\/strong>5-10pm Thursday 5 September 2019<br><strong>Where: <\/strong>St. James Hatcham (&#8216;The Church&#8217;), Goldsmiths. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.co.uk\/maps\/place\/51\u00b028'25.6%22N+0\u00b002'17.1%22W\/@51.473789,-0.0386162,19z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x0:0x0!7e2!8m2!3d51.4737894!4d-0.0380689?hl=en&amp;shorturl=1\">Google map<\/a><br><strong>Exhibition continues: <\/strong>Friday 6 September (11am-8pm), Saturday 7 September (11am-8pm) and Sunday 8 September (11am-5pm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARTISTS&#8217; STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working through the ever evolving tensions around technology and art, we feel the responsibility to explore and reflect on some critical questions surrounding the past, present and future of technologies that permeate our everyday lives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How do we situate and consolidate our artistic agency within a world where technologies are seemingly integrated into the very fabric of society on the one hand and weaponised and used against us on the other?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is the role of computational art in the Anthropocene\u2019s era where technology is simultaneously part of the problem and part of the solution?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>So how is that working for you?<\/strong><\/em> is a speculative response to these questions and tensions.
